TJM can provide clients with a full e-mail solution. With Microsoft Outlook, users can access their e-mail from their desktop or from any computer with Internet access. This includes sending and receiving e-mails from work, personal, or Web-based e-mail accounts within a single view.

 

TJM also offers spam filters that prevent junk e-mail messages from cluttering inboxes. To prevent unwanted attachments and bulky files from taking up too much storage space, TJM will block e-mail messages and files from people not on the client’s safe senders list. Junk e-mails can also be reviewed and monitored to add blocked e-mails to your allowable senders list. TJM’s exchange server is completely redundant, with mirrored servers that are backed up to tape on a daily basis to reduce the likelihood of lost e-mails.
