Managing Director – Energy and Commodity Division

Brad Sullivan is Managing Director of TJM Energy, the Energy and Commodity Division of TJM Institutional Services.  Brad started his career in 2003 as personal aide to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.  After serving Senator McConnell in DC, he attended graduate school at the London School of Economics, receiving his masters degree with distinction.  In 2007, he joined ICAP, an international brokerage firm, and moved to Houston where he helped to establish and grow the renewable energy desk into a leading brokerage desk for ICAP Energy.  Brad was promoted to the management team of ICAP Energy, relocating to New York.  From 2010-2014, Brad split his time between New York and London, helping to manage both the European and New York businesses as a part of the US Management Team.  Since joining TJM, Brad’s responsibilities include being the primary driver of business development, as well as management of the entire energy brokerage team.  The Energy group currently covers oil and oil products, natural gas options, metals and renewable energy.  Brad has a proven track record of expanding product lines and increasing revenue in the physical, listed and OTC energy space.

Brad graduated cum laude from Transylvania University, from where he was awarded the Outstanding Young Alumnus Award in 2011 and currently serves as a member of the Board of Regents.  He is also the President of the Delta Sigma Phi National Foundation.  He holds both a Series 3 and 30.
